The amazing group of food and beverage wizards that generously shared their talents with us at Beyond Trend have more tricks up their sleeves: Chef Cal Peternell recently launched his Cooking By Ear podcast. Dessert Chef Tanya Holland has two new Brown Sugar Kitchen restaurants opening. Jessica Moncada's bottled cocktail shop Proof opens soon in Oakland. Chris Kronner and the Tartine team are combining forces with a new project at Henry's at Berkeley’s Graduate Hotel, opening in April Julya Shina and Steve Joo are selling out their Oakland-based pop-ups as they prepare to open their restaurant Nokni. Humphry Slocombe continues to wow with their ice cream creations, now serving from their Oakland location, right by Creative Growth. Curt ClingmanCatering brought everything together with a spectacular team.
