Substitute Facilitator
Creative Growth is adding to its team of substitute art facilitators. Substitute Facilitators help support Creative Growth’s studio team. A great Substitute Studio Facilitator centers each artist’s needs and desires and supports
their autonomy. Creative Growth artists work with a wide range of media to create 2D and 3D artwork, including painting, drawing, mixed media, ceramics, woodwork, textiles, rugs, and digital media. The program is designed to provide client artists with opportunities to develop independence, self-direction, and creative expression while acquiring skills for art making and professional development.
ARTIST CARE AID
Creative Growth seeks a compassionate Artist Care Aide to support our community of adult artists with developmental, mental, and physical disabilities. In this full-time role, you’ll help ensure our artists can fully participate in the studio by providing hands-on assistance with daily needs, personal care, health and safety support, and individualized care plans. You’ll collaborate with staff across the organization to maintain a safe, respectful, and creative environment where every artists can thrive.
FINANCE MANAGER AND BOOKKEEPER
Creative Growth Art Center is seeking a Finance Manager and Bookkeeper to steward financial operations, ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, and providing clear, reliable financial information to support organizational decision-making. Working closely with the Executive Director, contracted financial partners, and staff across departments, the Finance Manager and Bookkeeper will help build long-term clarity, accountability, and sustainability during an exciting period of growth.
DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Creative Growth Art Center is looking for a Development Coordinator to support fundraising initiatives and execute the day-to-day activity of development operations. This position will be based on-site to allow for relationship building.
